FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., July 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX), a leading global medical technology company, today announced it has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per common share, payable on September 30, 2026, to holders of record on September 9, 2026. The indicated annual dividend rate is $4.20 per share.
